REFUND POLICY DISCLAIMER
Cancellation and refund conditions for online training programs are outlined below.
FOR SELF PACED LEARNING
Refund requests for individuals, groups, or corporate learners must be submitted within 7 days of course purchase. The money-back guarantee is applicable only if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded. If usage exceeds 25%, the refund eligibility will automatically be cancelled.
FOR INSTRUCTOR LED LIVE TRAINING
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of enrollment. The refund policy becomes void if more than 10% of content is accessed, live sessions are attended, or recorded sessions beyond one day are viewed. Downloading course materials also invalidates refund eligibility. Requests made after 7 days but within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for an 80% refund of the paid fees. No refund requests will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
1) Refund requests must be sent via official email to our support team with a valid reason. The
request will be reviewed and approved by management.
2) A 10% processing fee will be deducted for all approved refund transactions.
3) For multiple enrollments, you must contact our support team through the Help & Support section on
the website.
DUPLICATE PAYMENT REFUND
In case of duplicate payments, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. All such refunds are generally completed within 10 days after verification and approval by Unnati Pro Academy.
