JURISDICTION AND LAW

This agreement is governed by applicable laws. For users in the USA, New York jurisdiction applies, and for others, Indian law applies with jurisdiction in Bangalore, India.

AMENDMENT AND ASSIGNMENT

The academy may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the revised terms.

You are not allowed to transfer or assign your rights under this agreement to any third party.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document, along with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other guidelines, represents the complete agreement between you and the academy and replaces any previous agreements.
